Be a cheerleader, thought partner, blocker of negativity

Prioritize speed and be comfortable iterating. Agility is necessary and the scientific method is a good tool for making decisions in new territory.

You have the team’s full trust and autonomy. In return, you’re expected to take ownership of projects and achieve goals. If you’re not excellent, figure out why, be resourceful, and improve quickly or (if possible) adjust your scope of work
